Three industries, one Odoo.
Set up the way each one works.

We work for companies that make or move physical products. Each of them asks Odoo different questions, so each gets its own setup.

ManufacturingPLMQualityInventoryRepairs

High-tech and equipment.
Every unit traceable.

  • Serial numbers. Every unit is traced from its components to the customer.
  • Engineering changes. A new revision goes through PLM, with approval.
  • Tests on the build. The operator measures in the work order before it moves on.

ManufacturingPurchaseQualityInventoryPlanning

Manufacturing.
From order to the shop floor.

  • Bills of materials. Multi-level, with operations and the cost of every product.
  • Subcontracting. Components go out, the part comes back, Odoo books what was used.
  • Shop floor. The operator reads the instruction and registers output on a tablet.

InventoryPurchaseSalesBarcodeAccounting

Wholesale and distribution.
A stock figure you can trust.

  • Reordering. Replenishment turns a shortage into a request for quotation.
  • Receipts. Goods are scanned in and put away in the right location.
  • Picking and delivery. Orders leave in one, two or three steps, and every move is valued.

Questions we often get.
Before the first conversation.

Do we need every Odoo app at once?

No. Odoo is modular. Most companies start with three to five apps and add more as their processes settle.

How long does an implementation take?

As many two-week sprints as your plan has, most often four to six, so three to six months. Sprint 0 decides how many there are and in which order.

We run Isah, Exact Globe or a system of our own. Can you migrate?

Yes. We move products, contacts, open orders and financial history, field by field, and check every one.

What happens after go-live?

Our helpdesk, regular health checks, version upgrades and continuous improvement of what you run.

Does your company make or move something?

Walk us through how an order moves today. We will show you the same order in Odoo.
